I want to post what I have been seeing recently in the data which seems to point to the successful changes introduced by the (now former) Minister of Defence - Ukraine - Mikhailo Fedorov in his first 6 months. I can find many examples in my data, I'll just select the more obvious graphs. Four highlights: 1) The forecasts Russia to take 50% and all of Ukraine turned upwards on R52 data set and both turned upwards sharply. 2) Area occupied per day by turned downwards on R52 data set. 3) Additional Russian Personnel Losses forecasts to occupy remaining territory turned upwards on the R52 data set. 4) For the second time since Mikhailo Fedorov started as the Minister of Defence Russian Weekly gains were negative.
